There are several reasons why you should always grout concrete slabs:

• - The fence thus becomes one
• - Any unevenness disappears
• - The transition between mutual plates is almost invisible
• - The boards are secured relative to the posts & this by grouting up the post slot.

 In other words, "not inserted" is "not finished.

Resin gives your entire concrete fence the same, full color.

Plus, thanks to resin, you'll enjoy your concrete barrier in optimal condition longer:

• - It protects your closure from weather elements such as rain (Water repellent)
• - The white streaks that may be present on delivery and installation disappear with the concrete resin.
• - It prevents moss formation for 4 to 5 years after waxing

Yes, our resin stays good as long as you store it freeze-free stores.

After you install and add the concrete fence, you should wait 4 to 6 weeks before treating the materials with our ready-to-use concrete resin. This will ensure that any residual oils are gone.
A sprayer with a nozzle of at least 2.50 mm diameter is the best choice for applying a resin coating to your fence. More details on resin can be found in our placement guidelines.

BAJ's concrete slabs average between 3 cm and 4.5 cm thick, depending on the model chosen.

A concrete post is on average 55cm deep in the ground. The holes to be made for placing a post are ±30cm x ±30cm x ±60cm.

This is perfectly normal and does not mean that the concrete fence is of inferior quality. During the production of the concrete fence elements, a reaction of the cement with the water in the concrete may occur. This releases nitric acid, which can become visible as white streaks or stripes on the surface of the concrete fence. These harmless residues on the untreated concrete fence surface disappear after the expert application of concrete resin.

This is a completely natural phenomenon that cannot be avoided and does not imply a defect or a reduction in quality. Cement is used in the production of concrete fences. The cement contains lime, which can precipitate on the surface of the concrete fence in cool and wet weather when unbound. When the water evaporates, whitish lime deposits become visible. Over time, this deposit disappears due to weathering and mechanical stress. As a rule, this effect does not appear after it disappears. Thus, replacement of the affected boards or other measures against these efflorescences are not necessary.

These harmless residues on the untreated concrete surface disappear after the application of the concrete resin.

A concrete fence consists of several individual slabs, which are placed on top of each other. Precast concrete slabs weigh between 50 and 65 kg, depending on the model and pattern. A concrete post weighs about 28 to 85 kg, depending on its length. These can be carried by two people without any problems.

We produce our panels in 2 basic colors: 'Natural' and 'Gray Anthracite'. So if you choose 1 of 16 different final colors you will either get natural concrete or a gray anthracite concrete. The concrete resin is colored in RAL colors that also provide the final final color. 

On the one hand, there is the possibility of grouting with a ready-to-use, pre-colored & extra fine grout, packed in 25kg bags.

On the other hand, there is the possibility of grouting with Kit. For this we have a choice between a smooth sealant and a granular sealant.

Our advice? Joint vertical joints (posts) with Jointing Mortar, joint the horizontal joints between the boards with Sealant.

In the production of all our concrete products, we only work with high-quality C35/45 concrete. The steel reinforcement irons have a diameter of 4mm for the slabs, for the posts it is 6mm

A concrete fence consists of individual concrete elements - the motif slabs, which are placed horizontally on top of each other in a modular principle. The motif plates are made with different patterns, divided into modern patterns in wood-look patterns and in stone-look or with a simple smooth structure of the concrete surface. The height and number of motif plates placed on top of each other results in the fence height. Recessed grooves in the concrete posts hold the motif plates in place, creating a fully enclosed fence system after installation.

BAJ Concrete's high-quality concrete fence is a natural product for which slight variations are possible. These include white streaks that become visible on the concrete surface. The reaction of the cement with the water in the concrete releases nitric acid, which can settle on the surface in the form of white streaks. This reaction is completely normal and disappears without residue after the concrete resin is applied to the concrete fence surface.

A modern concrete fence is not only an excellent privacy fence, it also protects its owners from noise and wind. The concrete fence owes this advantage to its individual patterned slabs, which are placed directly on top of each other and result in a closed fence system.

The width of a single fence element including the post is 2180 mm. The individual concrete panels can easily be shortened with a flex or an Angle Grinding Wheel to the desired length if necessary and then assembled.

This is absolutely possible. On the one hand, all our slabs are reinforced with three reinforcing bars each. Our structural slabs can accommodate a height difference of ±80cm.

On the other hand, our range includes additional reinforced slabs equipped with two additional concrete beams on the surface, with additional reinforcement iron. With the reinforced slabs, a height difference of ±120cm can be absorbed.

Absolutely!!! You should keep in mind that such fences have a noticeably large sound-deadening property from a fence height of 2.00m above the ground.

Yes, this is certainly possible. It is even possible to choose a different motif and/or color on both sides. This ensures that customers installing a fence together with neighbors, that both parties can choose a fence completely to their liking.

Our sheets always have one textured side and one flat side. We have plates for single-sided use, here the sides of the plates are the same thickness as the rest of the plate. But we also have plates for double-sided use, here the sides are made narrower and chamfered to fit together in one post.

So we have only one type of post for both single-sided (motif on one side) and double-sided (motif on both sides) fences.

When installing a concrete fence we always recommend the application of an aftertreatment with the protective and always colored concrete resin based on 16 different RAL colors. This is not a requirement but is recommended because the concrete products are delivered as unfinished and untreated products and are thus exposed to external influences.

A modern concrete fence is storm-proof, UV- and weather-resistant. It is also characterized by its longevity. The reason for this is the use of high-quality raw materials for production. Our concrete fences are made of high-quality concrete of class C35/45. We estimate the service life of our concrete fence systems to be at least 40 years.
